In the summer of 2025, we partnered with Elevation Construction for the new luxury apartment complex Zoey, located in East Austin. We were proud to deliver heavy structural metal fabrication, commercial metal fabrication, and full-service metal fabrication—from drafting and design to fabrication and final crane installation—right in the heart of Austin, Texas.

Our team handled every aspect of the project, including the smaller custom pergolas installed at ground level throughout the community, a large poolside awning, and a striking 6th-floor rooftop pergola. Each piece was precisely drafted, pre-cut, and fabricated on-site to prepare for a seamless crane lift and installation on the rooftop overlook and cookout lounge area.

After a smooth lift and precise placement, our welders secured the pergola to the existing frame, blending wood and metal to create a design that was both durable and visually stunning. The completed structure exceeded all expectations—showcasing craftsmanship, strength, and style that will serve this East Austin community for years to come.
